As an attorney who deals with real estate on a regular basis I am confident in saying that Megan and Ryan are the best real estate agents that you could hope to work with. My Wife and I used Winslow Homes to sell our home, and help us find a new home for our family.
On the sale, Megan and Ryan went far above and beyond the expectation of any real estate agent. They were incredibly professional, had a great presentation and were immediately able to hone in on the market for our house, priced it accordingly and marketed it in a sleek and professional manner. I will confess that we had discussions with other realtors before settling on Winslow Homes, and Winslow Homes simply lapped the competition as far as pricing and marketing were concerned, it was never a question who we would use to sell our house once we had the opportunity to speak to Megan and Ryan. In addition, my Wife, who works the overnight shift as a nurse has a very complicated scheduled and Ryan and Megan were able to work around her schedule to prepare showings of our house to be the least intrusive into our lives as possible. Finally, Winslow Homes took steps that no other realtor would take to ensure that the offer we received was the best possible offer, and then worked tirelessly to ensure that nothing went wrong with the sale of our house.
On the buying end, Winslow Homes prepared a great list of properties, and were never inconvenienced by our demands to see homes during this process. Once we identified the property that we wanted to purchase, they worked tirelessly to make sure that we got the best deal possible, and that our needs were addressed.
I cannot speak highly enough about Ryan and Megan and their professionalism throughout this process. I think you'd be doing yourself a disservice if you didn't meet with Winslow Homes before you commit to a different real estate agent, you will not be disappointed.

We have had a great deal of experience with Ryan. He has sold two of our houses and negotiated the purchase of a third. He helped us prepare a 110-year old house for sale. We had a house on the market for a year. With his help, we sold it for a substantially greater amount in a reasonably short period of time. We had been ill advised as to the market value of the house. Ryan’s intimate knowledge of the housing market and Skillful, energetic marketing and superb negotiating skills made all the difference.
Ryan helped us by the home that we are currently living in. The negotiations for the home had come to an impasse due to mishandling by the sellers real estate agent. Ryan was able to bridge the gap, renew the conversation, and close the deal while protecting our interests.
Ryan sold a second house for us. He held an open house after one week of marketing that resulted in a near asking price sale. all of this was accomplished within a nine month period.
